Welcome to Matt's Mobile Bike Service! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding travel fees, cancellations, and rainy day policies. These policies ensure fairness and allow us to provide the best possible service to all clients.
Travel Fee
Our business operates out of San Clemente, CA. A travel fee applies to appointments north of Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, and El Toro, calculated at $0.50 per mile for the round trip. If you’re unsure whether this fee applies to your location, please reach out before booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but last-minute cancellations affect our schedule and availability for other clients.

Appointments canceled with less than 36 hours’ notice are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

This fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
To avoid this fee, please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Rainy Day Fee
Rainy weather can be damaging to both our tools and your electric bike. If shelter is not provided on rainy days, a $50 fee will be added to your total.

If rain is expected on your service date, please ensure an indoor or covered space is available.

If no shelter is provided and we must proceed with the service outdoors, the rainy day fee will apply.
